  • Over the past five years Dr. DeCoster has conducted seminars for more for more than 123,00 professionals including senior transportation managers from 48 states, Federal Highways Agency, the US Department of Transportation and managers from 41 Indiana hospitals.
  • Dr. DeCoster is an active keynote speaker having made more than 50 speeches to major professional associations over the past three years. Internationally, he has conducted seminars in China , Venezuela , Nigeria , Mexico and the Dominican Republic .
