Mr. Hutson is an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs' Executive Education Program. For the past 22 years, Mr. Hutson has been the chief financial officer for Union Hospital, Terre Haute, Indiana and is currently the Senior Vice President and CFO.

Prior to joining Union Hospital, Mr. Hutson spent four years with a "Big 8" accounting firm specializing in health care audits, feasibility studies, reimbursement issues, and specialty projects. Mr. Hutson obtained his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana State University, majoring in accounting and finance. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Illinois CPA Society. Mr. Hutson has also had faculty teaching experience for several years with Lakeland Community College in Mattoon, Illinois, and Indiana Vocational Technical College located in Terre Haute, Indiana. He has taught a variety of accounting, tax, and management courses.
