Stuart G. Shepley is an adjunct faculty member at Indiana University in the School of Public Affairs' Executive Education Program. Stuart has also worked for Indiana University both as an Administrator at Bradford Woods Outdoor Center and as a Faculty member in the School of Health, Physical Education Recreation. He is an experienced teacher, facilitator, administrator and consultant.

Stuart has been in the United States for 19 years since moving from England with his family. In England, he was purchasing manager for an international mining company, and more recently an operations manager for an engineering company. Immediately prior to moving to the States, he worked as a director of a social service agency where his responsibilities included the training of staff work teams and students.

Stuart has taught at both the graduate and undergraduate level. His areas of expertise are organizational effectiveness, leadership development, team development and training trainers. Stuart is also involved in personal growth programs and seminar teaching. He is particularly interested in the use of experiential activity and adventure programming in all teaching environments. He has written articles on the topic of utilization of experiential activies as a component of personal development as well as an integral part of course curriculum.

Through his associations at Indiana University, Stuart has consulted internationally with many top companies, government agencies and institutions of higher education. Much of this work has been focused on developing and managing high performance organizations and work teams.

Stuart holds undergraduate degrees in management studies, and social work/counseling from English Universities and a master's degree from Indiana University.
